Whether you are planning a luxurious holiday or active break, a trip to London will be amazing and and funny. The second important thing after the London attractions is to get familiar with the offers that hotels in London provide, during the tourist season. You can check this in the Internet, or call to a local tourist agency or to the London hotels that you would choose for your accommodation. If you are planning to spend your vacation during the tourist season then you should do your research a month or even two months earlier, so that you can book a room a month earlier.
Some of the most famous attractions in London are the London Eye, Buckingham palace, British Museum, The Tower of London, Trafalgar Square and others.
The London Eye or known also as Millennium Wheel is a must visit spot and it has a capacity of 10 000 visitors a day. It is located in central London, just on the banks of the river Thames. The best thing you can do to avoid crowds is to book your ticket a month earlier.
Buckingham Palace is one of the places that gives you the opportunity to capture some of the royalty of London. The place is an official residence of the Queen of England. Its state rooms are opened during the months of August and September.
The British Museum is full of treasures, many of them did bring by British soldiers from off- shores. It is established in 1753 and it houses over that 7 million artefacts which resemble the human history and the interesting thing is that it cannot be defined anywhere else in the world but here in the British capital.
The Tower of London is a marvelous castle and it is located on the North Banks of River Thames. It is built in 1708 and it carries a name of the White tower. In the past the castle was used as a prison, where the royal prisoners were locked. The tower also has been a place for executions and torture and after that it has been used as a zoo, an observatory and for many more purposes.
And the last offer of ours is the Trafalgar Square. It is one of the most visited attractions by tourists and it is situated in central London, England. In the early years it was named as King William the Forth's Square. It was built as a symbol of victory for British naval over Napoleonic wars.
