The Hyde Park of Paddington


Paddington is a popular and vibrant area in London, England, and it is within the City of Westminster borough. Before it got integrated with Westminster and Greater London in 1965, Paddington has been a metropolitan borough. There are three important landmarks: The Paddington Station, The St. Mary's Hospital operated by the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and the Paddington Police Station, used to be the most important high security Police station in England.
Paddington is known as one of the most popular areas in Central London, visited by many tourists, which look to stay whether on the holidays or on business mission. It is very comfortable that nowadays Paddington station provide trouble- free access to the Heathrow International Airport by the Heathrow Express and it takes only 15 minutes. There are four tube lines: the Bakerloo Line, the District Line, the Circle Line and the Hammersmith and the City Line. In addition there is even a realway line. Well organized public transport, which lets people to reach any spot, situated in London, makes Paddington so famous and vibrant area in England 's capital.
Once you get to Paddington, you will need to find a place to stay. If your financial capabilities don't allow you to choose one of the Paddington hotels , situated on the mainline of the area, there is no problem to find cheap accommodation. Except expensive five stars hotels, there are many cheap hotels in Paddington. It is a fact that this area is one of the three, which have got the highest concentration of London hotels and cheap London b&b properties. The other areas are Earl's Court and London Victoria.
